What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order or subscribe to our newsletter.
When completing a registration form on our site, you will be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and health information about the client. You may, however, request a registration form to be sent to you rather than use the web based form. We do not accept credit card payments and will never ask for this information.

The email address you provide will be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your services, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.

How do we protect your information?

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
